Chef Esu Lee Residency Kitchen
16th - 21st December
Join us for an experimental menu by Korean Chef Esu Lee, capturing the essence of time and fleeting moments, and celebrating both craft and the natural beauty of Palm Heights. Chef Esu Lee, behind Paris’s acclaimed JIP and the newly opened Orson, has been shaping the city’s culinary scene since 2017 with his innovative approach to cuisine.
He studied French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu and refined his craft in Hong Kong before opening CAM, a deconstructed Asian and natural wine restaurant in Paris. While CAM ultimately closed during the pandemic, that period marked a profound evolution in his work, including months spent in a Korean temple immersing himself in mindful, ingredient-focused cooking.
